Deep Groove Bearings

This series is the Deep Groove Ball Bearings built in supported side of Compact Support Units(MEU series)

This tyoe can be provided as a Bearing itself. 

EK EF series

Multi-use Angular Contact Ball Bearings(with pre-load) are built in Fixed side support Units, and Deep Groove Bearing is attached in supported side Unit with stop ring.

Fixed-side Support Unit has seals at both end (or one end), so special dust protection is not necessary under normal circumstance.

The support seat is the bearing mount that connects the screw rod and the motor. It is a finished product of the shaft end of the standard ball screw. Standardized support units EK and EF are prepared, and standard support units BK and BF are prepared for the general ball screw. The support unit on the fixed side is equipped with a JIS5 angular contact ball bearing adjusted by preload. Especially in the ultra-compact type of EK6 and 8, the ultra-compact angular contact ball bearing with a contact angle of 45° developed for the ultra-compact ball screw is installed, which can obtain high rigidity, high precision and stable rotation performance. [1] The support unit on the support side uses deep groove ball bearings. The internal bearings of the support unit EK and BK type are packed with a proper amount of lithium soap-based grease, sealed with a special sealing gasket, which can be directly installed and used for a long time.
